Sam was born in Lafayette, Louisiana, but soon after his family relocated to Vidalia, Louisiana, a small town within the Mississippi Delta. Sam’s experience and skill level as a Landman ranges from lease/asset negotiations and acquisitions, title/abstracts, due diligence and curative. He has worked on projects from East Texas throughout Louisiana and Mississippi.

Sam has been married for 10 years and has two wonderful boys ages 7 and 4.  When not at work, Sam tends to be an avid outdoorsman, spending his time in the woods and on the water hunting and fishing. However lately he finds himself spending more time at his children’s sporting events. Prior to relocating, Sam served as an active member within his local church, where he served as a member on the Pastor’s Council along with being the church Treasurer.
