Dylan serves as the Reservoir Engineer on the technical team at Bellatorum. He uses his knowledge of conventional and unconventional assets to evaluate reserves and identify top tier acreage for mineral acquisition.

Prior to joining Bellatorum, Dylan worked at Jetta Operating Company, a private E&P company.  He began his career as an operations engineer for shallow and deep assets in the Delaware Basin. After two years, Dylan transitioned to the lead Reservoir Engineer for optimizing Delaware Basin field development strategy.  Dylan worked with the Business Development Team and provided analytical support. He also formulated field development and production models for asset comparisons and appraisal estimates for bid evaluations.

Dylan grew up in La Grange, TX and graduated from high school in 2004. After graduating, he joined the Army as an Intelligence Analyst and was stationed overseas in Darmstadt, Germany. While serving in the 66th Military Intelligence Brigade, part of the 101st Airborne Division, Dylan deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

He earned his BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, graduating cum laude. Dylan served as Vice President of the Petroleum Engineering Honor Society his final year in college. Dylan also earned his Masters in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, graduating magna cum laude.  His Masters focused on induced seismicity related to oil and gas operations in the Delaware Basin.

 Dylan stays busy managing his energetic four-year-old English Bulldog, Legend.  He became an uncle earlier this year and enjoys spending time with family and friends.  Dylan is a foodie and loves trying new restaurants and experiencing different cuisines.
