Anna is a native Houstonian that enlisted in the Navy in 2004. She served as a Fire Controlman, during which time she mainly worked with the Close-In Weapons System (CIWS) and the MK 38 Machine Gun System. After being discharged, she was based in Vietnam as the Director of Operations for a retail company where she oversaw production and business development in both Southeast Asia and North America. As a former entrepreneur, she oversaw all operational aspects of her company, including marketing, sales, quality control, social media management, accounting, project management, and corporate relationship development. While performing in business development roles, Anna built relationships across multiple industries aiding in the growth of not only hers but multiple external organizations.
Understanding the importance of giving back to her community, she later put her extensive experience towards affecting change and improvement within the Veteran community in which she deeply cares about. Anna found her work with NextOp, a local Houston nonprofit organization that places Post-9/11 military veterans into industry careers after their time in service, very rewarding. During her time there, she handled all their marketing, communication, events, and digital media. They initially introduced her to Bellatorum Resources while she was still employed with them, as she was seeking a shorter commute from home.
She enjoys being part of a highly intelligent and motivated team that holds themselves to the highest standards. She is an aspiring oil and gas professional that is looking forward to advancing her career in the industry. Anna is excelling in the industry and aims to become a Landman in the future.
Anna enjoys spending her spare time relaxing with her husband Dan and stepdaughter, Ella Von Tessa, as well as their 2 dogs, Hula and Niko, and cat, Braxton. She also continues to give back and stay involved in the local veteran community.
